Please bring this eTicket and allow plenty of time to register. We recommend you arrive early to avoid queuing and the possibility of missing the beginning of the seminar.

- Wear modest, comfortable clothes. The air-conditioning is kept at a low level that most people find cool, so you may like to bring a cardigan or sweater.  

Breaks & Refreshments:     Refreshments are not provided at this event so you may like to bring your own snacks to nibble on during the seminar. There are also a number of food outlets close to the venue.  
Car Parking:     The only parking available at the hotel is a full valet parking service charged at $22.00 per car per day. This service is provided to residential hotel guests only. Casual valet parking is available but please note is subject to availability

Freedom Events offer a 100% money back guarantee on their programs. If you are not entirely satisfied with the content of the seminar, you are able to ask for a refund.  Please speak to a member of the Freedom Events team at the event and simply fill in a form.  

If you are unable to attend the seminar and advise the Customer Service team up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the event, a full refund of the seminar will be provided.  If you do not advise the team 7 days prior to the commencement of the event, or you are unable to attend the event due to unforseen circumstances, or you are not entirely satisfied with the event and leave without notifying a member of the team, we will be unable to provide a refund however we will credit your account with the full value of the seminar, for you to use at future events with us. Please note all refunds are paid within 30 days of receipt of reason in writing.  

In the event that an event is cancelled, Freedom Events will transfer the investment you have made to an alternative event or refund the cost of the seminar should an alternative event not be available within the next 12 months.  Freedom Events however, are not responsible for reimbursing any travel or accommodation costs that you may incur by attending the event.  Please see the refund and cancellation policy with the relevant travel companies prior to your reservation with them.
